The Fry Street Family Grows

It is hard to believe that it has been more than 5 years since we Fry Street girls were frantically trying to move out of our once loved humble college abode. Humble to say the least:) Since then the Fry Street family has grown dramatically. What a difference 5 years makes. Look at all these huge life events that have happened since we left Fry Street.........

In May of 2006, we added Rick Bittner to the Fry Street roster when he married Naomi. He is the only one of the Fry street husbands that actually got to experience life on Fry Street. Rick, you are a lucky guy!

Three weeks later, we added a southern gentleman to the mix when Mark Carrington married Katie.

In October of 2007, we added another Irondale alum to the FS family when Joe Antonello married Angel.

Only a few short weeks later the first of the second generation Fry Streeters was born when Brooklyn Grace Carrington came on the scene in November of 2007.

In March of 2008, we added a very handsome Fry Streeter to the family when Pat Jordan married me:) Don't you worry..... you other FS husbands are very handsome too….we are all very lucky ladies!

In March of 2009 the first of the Fry street baby boys was born when Silas Jon Antonello arrived.

A couple months later, in May of 2009, the Fry Street husbands club was completed with the addition of Terry Wing when he married Amy.

A month later, Brook’s little sister, Emory Charlotte Carrington was born.

And the most recent Fry street arrival came this week. A friend for Silas as another baby boy joined the mix. Welcome Connor David Bittner to the Fry Street Family!

There you have it. 5 new husbands and 4 new babies all in less than 5 years!

  1. Lindsey, this is the best post! I got choked up reading it. Too bad we didn't have digital cameras when we lived at Fry Street. I think we need to do a walk down memory lane post soon. I love you!
