Stylin' and Profilin'

We had some family photos taken on Saturday and she sent us a sneak peek of a couple of the photos she captured of Bennett.

Sweet Baby Girl is 6 months old

And so I must record all the stats so I never forget what my sweet little pea was like at 6 months old

14.5 lbs (20%)

26.1 inches tall (62%)

17 inch head circ (79%)

Sleeps 7/8 pm to 6/7 am

6 oz bottles every 3 hours

Rice cereal for bfast and veggies for dinner (lovin you some peas)

Fists are always in your mouth...and you like to eat your toes too

Size 6 months clothes (still size 1 tiny feet)

Still a cat napper

She is a mover and a shaker at 6 months old.  I set her down and look away and zoooooom she is off.  She sees something that she wants and she scoots on over to it.  If Benny has a toy that she wants, she is going to head his way and give him a run for his money.  In the last two weeks, I feel like she has entered the "next stage".  I look at her now and no longer see an infant.  She is blossoming and showing so much personality and has a little mind of her own.  Her personality continues to be defined as super sweet.  She still has that super feminine girly nature.  And now that she can play with toys, Bennett thinks she is pretty cool.  And she has entered the "very content" age where she can be entertained by toys and jumperoos and big brothers and fun stuff like that!  I forgot how much I loved this age!  I have to admit 4 and 5 months were a little tough as she was bored in one spot but did not have the strength to move around and so she often got fussy and wanted to be held.  Now that she can scoot around, she is so so happy!  And did I mention how cute she is.  So so squeezable!  What a sweet snuggle muffin you are Miss Tatum.

Our week up north was a blast.  Lots of fun and lots of photos.

And Boatrides on Bay Lake

Tubing

And Fireworks

Fishing

And waterskiing

Dance Parties

Fun in the lake

And lots of laughs

Lots of snacks.....

Lazy Days in the Hammock

Did mention fun in the lake??!

Lots of episodes of Full House were watched

While the adults enjoyed time out in the evenings

Wine in Mason Jars

An occassional tired child

But mostly loads of smiles

And many great family memories!

Turning Two

What does turning two consist of?

Benny Boy, It is hard to believe you are already 2 yet at the same time it is hard to believe it's only been 2 years since you made us the luckiest parents in the World.  We love you to pieces.

Tatum's For Real Baptism

After the Dress Rehearsal on April 15th, we rescheduled Tatum's Baptism for May 20th.  This time nobody was sick and everything went off without a hitch.  She looked as cute as could be.







Tatum's Godmother, Aunt Carlee, Godfather, Randa Panda and all of our family was there to welcome her into the church.

 

 

 And there was a lot to celebrate afterwards.
