Ellis Gets Baptized

 Ellis was baptized on Sunday.

 

 

He started off the day with a bit of a wild hairdo

And a lot of excitement for his big day.

The occasion marked an opportunity to capture our first family photo since becoming a family of five. 

 

It only took 2 months:)

 

 

Big brother was looking like a stud. 

Although when I told him he looked like a stud he growled at me. 

Hmm......

After the 1st family photo, we were on such a roll that we captured many more:)

 

Mindy and Tyler did the honor as Ellis' Godparents.

 



 

The Grandparents and all the aunts uncles and cousins were there to celebrate with us. 

The ceremony got a little long for the little boys...so I guess they made up there own fun...Baptismal Planking.

 



It was finally time for Ellis' big moment. 

 

 

 

He let out a few loud cries after the water was poured on his head but once we got him calmed down, his hair was back in place and he looked a little stunned.

 

Such a sweet little boy you are Ellis. 

So proud and happy to see you join God's church and commit ourselves to raising you in your Christian faith.
