Rita Bernice and James Aurthur Aurthur gave birth to their new baby boy....Patrick. Rita often tells the story of the day Pat was born. His delivery was traumatic as he was a face presentation AND "sunny side up" so and they had to do an emergency cesarean. He was in distress during delivery and Rita and Jim were very worried. The doctors were very concerned that the baby would not be OK. Jim even said out loud, "There is no way this baby is going to be normal." They thought for sure that there would be long term effects on this baby. Well thanks be to God that baby was just fine and happy and healthy....and thanks be to God for that....but Jim was right...Pat was no "normal" guy and that is why we love him so much. Crazy Pat makes us laugh day in and day out. He makes life so much fun and there is never a boring day in our house!
Now 28 years later Pat is a loving husband, super great dad, passionate landscaper, very good breakfast cooker, committed grape picker, crazy fun uncle, not so patient dog owner, scissor kick inventor, willing to help brother, garage organizer and one handsome devil! God made you for us and I am so very thankful for that. Happy birthday honey!

Benny is one lucky little fellow to have a set of wonderful, caring and loving parents. He is "one handsome devil" too!
